The WET program aims to remedy the shortage of mental health practitioners in the public mental health system (PMHS) via programs that fund Stipends, Mental Health Loan Assumption, Education Capacity, Consumer and Family Member Employment, Regional Partnerships, Recruitment (Career Awareness) and Retention, and Evaluation.
