Dentistry will have to scale up to address changes in demographics and population size world wide. Oral Health leaders must prepare. As chair of the board of the International Dental Education Association and co-editor in chief of the principle OMS journal in Europe, I am committed to developing those practitioners. I have personally worked on global oral health projects in the Middle East and Africa.
