Description
The TARGET Center Web site is the central source of technical assistance (TA) and training resources for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. The site is the one-stop shop for tapping into the full array of TA and training resources funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), which administers Ryan White services. HRSA is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
"TARGET" stands for Technical Assistance Resources, Guidance, Education & Training.
The intended audience for the TARGET Center includes Ryan White grantees and providers, planning bodies, and HRSA/HAB staff, but also extends to others, like consumers in search of services, various health and human service agencies, and the general public.
The TARGET Center is funded by HHS, HRSA, HIV/AIDS Bureau under a cooperative agreement with the University of California, San Francisco's Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center and the UCSF Center for HIV Information.
