Process Evaluation of a Community-Based Participatory Design of Mobile Health Technology to Address Risk Factors for Depression Among Caregivers of HIV-Affected Children in South Africa

Investigator: Daniel Schrader, MS
Sponsor: Global Health Sciences Education

Location(s): Dominican Republic

The purpose of the project is to identify the key issues affecting caregivers of HIV-affected children in South Africa, in the context of community-based participatory workshops. These issues will then guide the design of videos that will be used in a mobile health application. The application will be used as a resource for support and supervision of community health workers during home-based visits with caregivers of HIV-affected children.
