UCSF, PrO-PEPS (Program for Outcomes, Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy Studies) Post-doctoral Fellowship in Health Outcomes and Pharmacoeconomics Research is to provide an individual with a university and industry research experience with selected coursework necessary to independently conduct pharmacoeconomic, outcomes and policy research in a variety of settings. The fellowship program is tailored to the particular needs of each fellow. The two-year program consists of one year of research and selected coursework at UCSF, in San Francisco, CA and a second year of research experience in industry. The first 12-month period is at UCSF under the direction of a UCSF health economics faculty (Dr. Wilson) and focuses about 80% on research and 20% time on course work depending on the individual needs of each fellow. The second year consists of working on collaborative pharmacoeconomic research projects. The start date for this fellowship is negotiable.
