I worked with Partners in Health to develop their pediatric program in Lesotho, where I helped provide training in neonatal resuscitation and establish protocols for the management of malnutrition on the ground.  Following fellowship, served as consultant both on site and remotely to a hospital in the Dominican Republic regarding their care of leukemia patients and management of infections in this patient population.  At UCSF, I am hoping to get involved in cancer care in developing countries through direct clinical care, mentorship, and program development to improve access to life saving and supportive treatments.
