We are working in rural Gujarat in partnership with SEWA Rural and Government of Gujarat to build primary care infrastructure and treatment programs for non-communicable diseases.  In recent years, we have developed and are evaluating a Comprehensive Sickle Cell Care Program for rural tribal communities.
