Description

My work focuses on conflict and post-conflict settings, conducting program evaluation, diplomatic alignment, and cost-effectiveness assesments.

In politically challenging environments, access by international health partnerships to "off-limits" areas is a remarkable achievement, which must informed by the most cost-effective,and appropriate interventions. The selection of culturally, religiously, politically, and even economically appropriate programmes  is the nascent theory and practice of global health diplomacy.
