International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) Early Infection cohort includes individuals from multiple risk groups, such as sex workers, MSM, women at risk, HIV discordant couples and miners from Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, and Zambia.   The IAVI Early Infection cohort stores serum or plasma, whole blood and PBMCs.
