Founded QI training and consultation program with support of Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI). Participant projects reduced inpatient mortality by 52%, hospital length of stay by 26%, and documentation errors by 48%. CLIP won the Martin Luther King Junior Social Justice Award at Dartmouth College.
