Description
My interests, activities, and research focus on global health education, specifically thought leadership in global health competencies, inter professional program development, core global health knowledge (I co-instruct GH 101), community-based global health education abroad (I oversee over 600 trainees participating in 30+ programs in 10 countries with over 200 international partners), as well as multi-cultural, underserved patient populations in the US and global/local professionalism (I teach clinically at SFGH and other underserved healthcare settings locally). A major focus of my work is with my role as Executive director of Child Family Health International (CFHI) a non profit based in San Francisco
