Consistent access to and appropriate use of medications is a significant challenge in resource-limited health care settings. Evaluation of the pharmacy and medication-use systems including inventory and prescribing patterns is a crucial component to understanding these challenges.  The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the barriers to a sustainable medication supply chain in a public hospital with limited healthcare resources.
