Targeted Capacity Expansion grant from SAMHSA, designed to provide Assertive Case Management for HIV-positive African American and Latinos using Motivational Interviewing with the goals of reducing substance abuse and improving access and adherence to HIV treatment in these participants. Services will be provided by the UCSF Psychiatry Alliance Health Project.
