My interests at UCSF are educating students and residents about humanitarian work and healthcare in complex humanitarian emergencies.  In the last four years my primary projects have included working with UNHCR and International Medical Corps to design and manage the health care system for Syrian refugees living in a refugee camp in Jordan, capacity building in remote villages of South Sudan and teaching trauma care and emergency resuscitation at the University Hospital in Port Au Prince, Haiti.
