This study will provide the foundational working partnership and important preliminary data to develop and evaluate the impact of a youth-led media strategy using innovative media to inform youth, tobacco control programs, and policymakers about youth views of e-cigarettes. Media developed by and for youth is more likely to be credible and salient to youth audiences, and the youth voice is an important contribution to policy debates about e-cigarettes.
