The Quality of Contraceptive Counseling (QCC) Scale was developed and validated in prior work by our team in Mexico as a woman-centered, rights-based measure of women's experiences of contraceptive counseling.  In the current project, we are adapting the QCC Scale for use in Ethiopia and India, and developing evidence-based guidance on how to effectively implement the tool in health systems in service of improving clients’ experiences with contraceptive care.
