Description
The purpose of this project is to gather qualitative data on uptake and decline of syphilis-related partner
services in San Francisco. Specifically, we will explore:
1) factors related to declining interview rates,
2) factors related to decline in naming sex partners for partner services, and
3) best practices and emerging opportunities for SFDPH to increase the overall proportion of syphilis cases who agree to an interview with DIS and who name at least one partner for partner services, or
otherwise ensure testing and treatment of their sexual partners.
