Description

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded the American Thrombosis and Hemostasis Network (ATHN) to lead this project on behalf of the U.S. Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center Network (HTCN). The project's official name is: Public Health Surveillance for the Prevention of Complications of Bleeding and Clotting Disorders.

The project will gather data to:

  • Learn more about the bleeding and clotting disorders community
  • Understand how patients use the health services offered at HTCs
  • Monitor health of these patients
