Description

The Philippine-California Advanced Research Institutes (PCARI) project, implemented by the Philippine Commission on Higher Education (CHED), aims to enhance the skills and expertise of faculty, students and staff of Philippine universities and colleges through scholarships, training and research partnerships with top-notch research universities in California. Initially with UCSF and UC Berkeley UCB in the areas of health innovation and translational medicine (HITM) and in information infrastructure development (IID).

The PCARI project recruits consultants to review and evaluate the reported milestones achieved by the seven (7) collaborative projects in the areas of health innovation and translational medicine (HITM) and in information infrastructure development (IID)
