Description

Dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA) is the most widely accepted method of measuring bone density due in part to its speed, ease of use, and low radiation exposure. Beginning in 2005, DXA scans of the lumbar spine have been administered in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) mobile examination center.  This project is a reviw of data from 2011-2016.
